2.3 Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Refunds for consumed generations or downloads
• Refunds due to violation of Terms of Service

3.1 How to Request a Refund

3.2 Processing Timeline

• Review: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
• Decision: You will receive a decision within 5 business days
• Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Receipt: Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3-5 business days

3.3 Refund Method

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts for security reasons.

4.1 Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

• Cancellation: Stops future billing but maintains access until the end of your current billing period
• Refund: Returns money for the current billing period and may result in immediate loss of access

4.2 Grace Period

When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. This is not considered a refund scenario.

5.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered regardless of the 30-day limit.

5.2 Billing Errors

Billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized charges will be investigated and refunded promptly regardless of the 30-day limit.

5.3 Service Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that we discontinue the service, all active subscribers will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription.

6.2 Chargeback Policy

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
