By accessing and using AI SVG Generator ("Service") available at aisvg.app ("Website"), operated by Haseeb Ahmad ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

AI SVG Generator is an AI-powered platform that generates Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) files based on user text prompts. The service utilizes artificial intelligence models including OpenAI GPT-4 and Together AI to create layered SVG graphics.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3.2 Subscription Plans

  • Free Tier: 5 daily generations, maximum 3 layers per generation, watermarked outputs
  • Paid Tier: Unlimited generations and layers, no watermark, priority processing

3.3 Billing and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle payment processing
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period (grace period)
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to generate SVG graphics for personal, commercial, or educational purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to generate or attempt to generate content that:

  • Contains adult, sexual, or pornographic material
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the SVG graphics generated through our Service.

5.2 Service Improvement

We may store generated content anonymously to improve our AI models and service quality. This data is used solely for service enhancement and is not linked to your personal identity.

5.3 Platform Rights

The AI SVG Generator platform, including its design, code, and AI models, remains the intellectual property of Haseeb Ahmad.

6. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

Important: Our Service uses artificial intelligence technology, which has inherent limitations:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or as expected
  • Results may vary based on prompt interpretation by AI models
  • Generated SVGs may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% service uptime. Users will be notified in advance of any planned maintenance or downtime when possible.

7.2 Service Interruptions

We are not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers including:

  • OpenAI: AI model services for content generation
  • Together AI: Alternative AI model services
  • Paddle: Payment processing services

Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haseeb Ahmad and AI SVG Generator shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from AI-generated content
